Ridge Sheet Metal
Since 1977, Ridge Sheet Metal has been providing quality HVAC sheet metal contracting services to Institutional, Commercial and Industrial market areas. Based in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, company projects go beyond our province, reaching more exotic locations such as a seniors’ complex in Honolulu and a cricket stadium in Bermuda which have been the result of invitations extended by Canadian firms that are familiar with our work.
Quality helps RSM establish strong relationships with its clients. RSM has fabricated parts used in gold mines in South Africa as well as in the energy plant for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Village and also fabricated and installed ductwork for the Eaton’s Store Pacific Centre in 2000. RSM handles approximately 350 jobs a year and generates approximately $20 million per year in sales.
Superior Metal Fabrication
Having the capability to fabricate parts plays an important role in RSM’s success. The fabrication process is housed in the 15,000 square feet connected to the main office, includes state-of-the-art electronic equipment, plasma cutters, shears and press brakes. RSM also fabricates parts to custom specifications for other companies.
From the beginning of a project to completion, it’s handled by RSM employees. RSM has control over the delivery of materials to the job site. This helps RSM complete jobs on time and gives us total control over quality.
Ridge Sheet Metal Co. is an active member of SMACNA-BC and SMACNA Inc. (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) and signatory to the Standard Labour Agreement with Local 280.

We are also committed to keeping our employees safe and have an extensive Health and Safety Program within the company. Ridge Sheet Metal is a COR (Certificate of Recognition) certified company through the BCCSA and has been since 2011.
Ridge Sheet Metal aspires to be an innovator in the industry by constantly integrating the latest technologies into our practices. We have adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software for managing our building and infrastructure projects with greater efficiency.
